GS1 Canada will also work with the general merchandise sector through our General Merchandise, Apparel and Hardlines Sector Board on adoption of the Product Recall Program. GS1 Canada's Product Recall Program for General Merchandise facilitates Incident Reporting, a requirement of the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act.
